I found the website more frustrating to use than it really should be. The filters didn’t make it much easier to find what I needed, and the checkout process felt a bit clunky. I did manage to place my order in the end, but I feel like customers should be given a smoother, more straightforward experience when they’re trying to buy something.

I got a Pro Breeze unit for my bedroom, but I end up moving it to living room often too. It’s light enough to carry without any hassle and doesn’t take up much space, which is nice. it’s been handy for everyday use.

The tip-over shut off and overheat protection make me feel a lot better about using it around the house. It heats up quickly too, which is great. The only thing I’d say is the buttons feel a little cheap, and some of the fussier design touches seem unnecessary, but it does the job well overall.

This cools down my bedroom quickly, i’ve got “no complaints.” It does exactly what I needed it to do.

The filter slides out easily, and I just rinse it in the sink every couple of weeks. The tank is simple to empty too, with no awkward little corners where gross buildup collects, if that makes sense.

I’m not exactly great at staying on top of product maintenance, so I appreciate that this one doesn’t make it a chore. It still looks clean, runs like it did on day one, and I’d definitely give it 5 stars.

It’s not completely silent, but more like a soft hum in the background. I’ve been able to sleep with it on without any issue, and it makes the room feel a lot more comfortable. Happy with it

I was ready to deal with the usual delivery nonsense, but it actually turned up quicker than I thought it would. The updates came through fine, the box wasn’t bashed up, and there was no messing about. Kind of a relief, really. Happy with it.
